LOVELY DINNER &
Luna Red was highly recommended to us and did not disappoint. We had lovely shareables, paella and soup there. All great but the cocktails are a must when there. We ordered from the menu and then tried the "bartender roulette" where you tell the bartender the alcohol and they make a drink of their choice. Both were VERY different and very delicious!

WHAT A FANTASTIC
EXPERIENCE!
We ate outside, which I highly recommend as the ambiance is absolutely lovely. We also came at happy hour and tried a variety of dishes: bakery bread, brussels sprouts, eggplant frites, simple greens salad, mixto paella, and a custard dessert. My favorites were the brussels sprouts - super crispy, with a very nice blue cheese cream! I also really liked the citrus vinaigrette on the simple greens salad - it is very simple, but also very tasty!

BEAUTIFUL PATIO, WINE
& SHARING PLATES
Luna Red has a gorgeous patio for outdoor dining suring the times of covid. The waitstaff was very friendly and helped us navigate the wine list - we ended up self-touring the Edna Valley wine trail on JP's recommendation. Food here was delicious and I still dream about the bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with chorizo (add the goat cheese!) Luna Red offers brunch and a variety of drinks and if I lived in SLO, I'd likely be a regular here.
