WHAT ARE TAPAS
Tapas are a wide variety of small plates or snacks, usually eaten with drinks, which are meant to be savored at an unhurried pace. They are designed to encourage conversation in which people are not so focused upon eating an entire meal that is set before them. Tapas dining is focused on bringing people together surrounded by ambiance and spirited conversation.

Prepare our own sauces, condiments, infusions, pickles and sides from scratch...make and bake all of our own buns and rolls for our lunch plates...support our local farmer’s markets to provide you with fresh produce and other local bounty.
We encourage “family-style” dining. Food will be served as it becomes ready.
