We are incredibly proud to be awarded Best Cocktail at the Mid-State Fair this year for the Get Crafty California Mixology Contest. Thanks to our very own Bar Manager, Beto Gaytan, and Lead Bartender, Ono Estrada, with the collaboration of Wine Shine, they created an amazing cocktail called Corn Fed. They wanted to try something different and unique, so they had the idea of adding Tejuino (a fermented corn beverage). This cocktail consists of Mango infused Brandy from WineShine, Tejuino, Ponche Soda, Orgeat, and Lime, and garnished with Mango Sorbetto and Ghost Pepper infused Brandy Chamoy.
