Blackened Rockfish
Rockfish is mild-flavored fish also often called rock cod or pacific snapper. It's delicate in flavor, so we add a bit of heat to kick things up a notch. Simply reheat and serve in a taco with our house-made chimichurri or on a salad.

King Salmon Gravlax

King Salmon Gravlax is a Nordic dish created by curing King Salmon with salt, sugar, and dill. Served usually as an appetizer, we like to place ours atop local bread with a house-made spread.

Tactopus

Pronounced Tahk-toe-poose, you probably won't see this word anywhere else. Tactopus is octopus prepared perfectly for taco consumption. House braised in a rich tomato, pepper and cilantro sauce, tactopus can just be heated in a pan and thrown into a tasty tortilla. Eat. Repeat. Tell your friends - there's a new taco in town.

Olive Oil Poached Tuna

Oil-poaching is an elegant way to slowly cook meatier cuts of fish and seafood. This lends to a very tender, meaty texture perfect on a farmers market fresh salad (we have the fixings for that too).

Chicken Mole

With house-made mole sauce, our chicken mole is mildly spicy with a beautiful, deep brown color from the use of chocolate. The chocolate flavor, however, is used to enhance the other flavors of spice. Our mole transforms salads, tacos, and bowls
